Requirements

FINRP is a serious, whitelisted community. Every item below applies to every member, whether you are applying as a civilian or for a department.

✓Age 16 or olderYou must be at least 16 on the day you submit your application. Certain divisions prefer 18+. No exceptions on the minimum.
✓A legal copy of GTA V on PCA full, legitimately owned copy. Pirated installs cannot connect to FiveM and will not be supported.
✓A clear, working microphoneVoice is how roleplay happens here. A headset with intelligible audio is mandatory — no open-mic echo, no push-to-talk failures mid-scene.
✓Fluent EnglishYou need to read, write, and speak English well enough to follow a scene and communicate over radio in real time.
✓Discord account with DMs openAll onboarding happens on Discord. Enable direct messages from server members or staff cannot reach you.
✓Honest, independent applicationsWrite your own answers. Copied, AI-generated, or low-effort applications are the most common reason for denial.

🎭 What we expect from you

✓Serious roleplay at all timesRealistic, mature roleplay is the baseline expectation — not something you switch on for scenes that interest you.
✓Read and follow the rulebookYou are responsible for knowing the handbook, including revisions published after you join.
✓Willing to sit an onboarding interviewA short voice or text conversation with staff after your application passes review.
✓Respect, alwaysToxicity, bullying, cliques, and public arguments are handled quickly and firmly.

🚓 Additional for departments

✓Acceptance grants Civilian 1 whitelistYou do not need to be whitelisted before applying to a department — being accepted into any department grants Civilian 1 access as well.
✓Department application and trainingEach department runs its own application, and every new member completes training before going solo.
✓Understand chain of commandDepartments run on rank structure and radio discipline. Skipping the chain of command is a protocol breach.
✓Availability that matches the roleDepartments carry monthly activity minimums. If life gets busy, file an LOA rather than going quiet.

⚠️ What gets applications denied

Almost every denial comes down to effort, not eligibility. Incomplete answers, one-line responses to questions asking for detail, obvious copy-paste definitions, or a character concept with no thought behind it.

Previous bans on other servers are not an automatic denial — but hiding one is. Tell us honestly and it is usually fine.

Denied applicants are welcome to reapply after improving their application.
