FIRST IN THE NATION

To join First In The Nation Roleplay you must complete our whitelist application process. Start by heading to the #whitelist-application channel in the Onboarding section of our Discord and submit your application.

Once submitted:

• Your application will be reviewed by staff
• If selected, you will be moved to an interview stage
• Final approval is granted after a short staff interview

If accepted, you will receive full access to the server and community.

Processing times vary depending on application volume.

• Applications are typically reviewed within 24–72 hours
• If selected, interviews are usually scheduled shortly after review
• Full onboarding can be completed in a few days or less

We prioritize active applicants, so responding quickly helps speed up the process.

The interview is a short voice or text-based evaluation conducted by staff. We are not trying to "catch you out" — this is simply to ensure:

• You understand basic roleplay standards
• You are familiar with server rules
• You are a good fit for a serious RP environment

Keep it simple, respectful, and honest.

New members join the server in a limited-access state. During this stage you can:

• Read information channels
• Submit a whitelist application
• Ask basic questions in designated channels

Once accepted, you will gain full access to Civilian Operations, Departments, and RP systems.

Departments such as LEO, Fire/EMS, and DOJ are application-based and whitelisted roles inside the server. General requirements typically include:

• Must be 16+ (18+ preferred for certain divisions)
• Must have a working microphone
• Must understand and follow server rules
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must pass a department-specific application + training

Each department may have additional requirements listed in their application section.

We accept both new and experienced roleplayers. However, we expect all members to be willing to learn and follow serious RP standards.

If you are new, staff and departments will help guide you through proper roleplay etiquette.

Applications may be denied for reasons such as:

• Incomplete or low-effort responses
• Lack of seriousness or RP understanding
• Failure to meet requirements
• Previous rule violations (if applicable)

You are welcome to reapply after improving your application.
